ROHM的窗口电压检测器IC BD48HW0G-C是一款电压检测精度达±0.75 %的高精度CMOS复位IC。该产品采用Nano Energy™技术,实现了高耐压且低至500nA的静态电流,这将很有助于应用产品实现更低静态电流。输出模式为Nch开漏、Dual输出。另外,还可通过外置电阻自由调整检测电压。

产品详情
“BD48HW0G-C”是一款窗口型复位IC,可实现1.8V~40V的超宽工作电压范围和±0.75%(整个温度范围)的业界先进电压检测精度。除了工作电压高达40V外,还可以通过外置电阻器灵活地设置检测电压,因此可以高精度地对从低到高的超宽电压范围检测电压异常情况,非常适用于包括车载和工业设备的电源电路在内的广泛应用,有助于为应用产品构建毫无浪费且具有高可靠性的系统。
此外,通过采用超低静态电流技术“Nano Energy™”,实现了500nA(0.5µA)的超低静态电流,仅为具有同等功能和精度的普通产品的1/16,因此还可以用于担心功耗增加的应用产品中。
